Step 2: Once you’ve had your get-acquainted session, if you decide you’d like to work together, we’ll meet for a 90-minute Nutrition Consultation where we will assess your body composition, health, nutrition, lifestyle, motivation and goals. We will also go through any recent medical reports during this time.

Step 3: After your 90-minute consultation, we’ll determine which programme is the best match for your needs – whether that be body fat reduction, improved fitness, nutritional advice or a combination of all of these.  We can work on as much or as little as you want.
